Such a verdict was issued by one of the district courts in Warsaw, where an entrepreneur filed a claim for compensation from the state. The case was resolved after almost three years \u2013 without holding hearings with the plaintiff's participation.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 The expert was not appointed, the General Prosecutor's Office filed a response to the lawsuit, and we filed a reply.
