Bessie Bian has a master's degree in economics. She graduated from the Polish Language School for Foreigners at the University of Łódź and studies Master's degree at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź, as well as postgraduate studies in translation in the field of Polish-Chinese languages ​​at the Center for Migration Studies of the University of Łódź.

She has experience in Polish-Chinese translation in court proceedings. She served as a full-time translator in a highway construction project implemented by a Chinese consortium. As part of her professional duties, she participated in many events negotiations and court disputes. At the Recruitment Office of the Warsaw School of Economics, she was responsible for recruitment students, and then served as an adviser on relations with China.

As vice-chairwoman of the Warsaw Branch of the Polish-Chinese Friendship Society, she is actively involved in exchange between Poland and China and maintains good relations with local governments at all levels.

GABRIELA MARCINIAK

A graduate of full-time legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. ANNA BUCHARZEWSKA

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw, where she defended her master's thesis in the Department of Forensics, addressing issues related to the forensic aspects of drug-related crimes. In 2018, she passed the professional examination with a positive result and obtained the title of attorney. Her professional experience is tied to substantive and procedural criminal law, including economic criminal law, but she also provides legal assistance in the field of civil law, including family law.

Privately, she is a great animal enthusiast, especially of horses, with which she has been connected since childhood. She cannot imagine her life without horseback riding. She is proficient in English.

Katarzyna Kolasa

Attorney Katarzyna Kolasa has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Kraków since 2019. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, where she studied law. She is also a restructuring advisor.

She gained her experience in law firms in Krakow. She specializes in civil law, commercial law, bankruptcy and restructuring law, as well as unconventional debt recovery. She has extensive litigation experience.

Agata Fitas

Since 2007, she has been involved in public procurement and public-private partnerships. From 2008 to 2011, she participated in legislative work related to public procurement and coordinated the actions of the Ministry of Regional Development concerning legislative issues related to the functioning of public-private partnerships in Poland and the European Union.

She has successfully conducted hundreds of public procurement proceedings. She is the co-author of the handbook "Public-Private Partnership in the Concession Model: Selected Practical Issues," published by Wolters Kluwer, and the author of publications on public procurement and funds from the European Union.

Anna Arslan

Attorney Anna Arslan is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the full-time studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where she defended her master's thesis on "Legal Aspects of Conducting Business Activity by Foreigners in Poland" under the supervision of Dr. Dariusz Szafrański. She also completed the School of European and English Law organized by Cambridge University at the University of Warsaw. In 2017, she graduated from the School of Corporate Law at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Before founding Arslan Law Firm, she gained experience in law firms primarily serving Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in the construction, financial, and transportation sectors. She specializes in comprehensive services for entrepreneurs—from establishment, through all aspects of legal support for business activities, including litigation and transformations, to liquidation and bankruptcy. She also provides legal assistance to individual clients in civil, family, and inheritance matters.

Before founding Arslan Law Firm, she spent five years collaborating with Ptak Warsaw Expo, one of the largest exhibition centers in this part of Europe, where she served as Executive Director from 2019, and later as General Director. There, she gained unique knowledge and experience in the Polish and international trade fair and event industry, which she now applies in her legal work.
